By using SimpleUP Golf services, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website and AI services.

Services

SimpleUP Golf provides AI-powered revenue enhancement tools for golf courses, including webchat AI, voice AI, SMS upselling, and revenue analytics. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Plans are billed monthly on an annual commitment
• Pricing is in USD unless otherwise specified
• A one-time setup fee may apply
• Seasonal arrangements are available for courses that close in winter

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your golf course operations
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding customer communications
• Ensure your use of our AI services aligns with your local regulations

Limitation of Liability

SimpleUP Golf services are provided "as is." While we strive to deliver the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Results vary by course, market, and implementation.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to the platform and AI services will be discontinued.
